At Divine Nature’s Organics, we proudly handcraft all of our products in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Each order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We thank you for your patience and support as we work to deliver our products safely and efficiently.

📦 Local Delivery – Tumbler Ridge, BC

We currently offer local delivery within Tumbler Ridge.

  • Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time and location.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and delivered as soon as possible afterward.

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate.

🌐 Future Delivery – Surrounding Areas

Pending resolution of potential Canada Post service disruptions, we plan to expand delivery to the following areas:

  • Chetwynd

  • Dawson Creek

  • Pouce Coupe

A flat delivery fee of $10.00 will apply to these regions.

Once postal operations are stable and reliable, nationwide shipping will be available via:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator

  • UPS

Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) before being shipped.

Shipping time & costs:

  • Delivery timelines and rates depend on the selected carrier and destination.

  • Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: Divine Nature’s Organics is not liable for any delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party shipping providers once the parcel is in transit.

☀️ Product Care & Heat Sensitivity Notice

Because our products are made with tallow and natural oils, they may be sensitive to heat during transit or in warmer climates.

If your product arrives melted:

  • Place it in a cool location or refrigerator until it firms up.

  • Gently stir before it fully solidifies to restore even consistency.

The product’s texture may change, especially for whipped balms, but rest assured—the skin-nourishing benefits and quality remain intact.

We recommend storing your items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or warm environments such as vehicles.

  • Please double-check that your shipping and delivery information is accurate at checkout.

  • Divine Nature’s Organics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once delivery is confirmed or the item is transferred to the selected shipping provider.

  • As part of our artisan process, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur between batches. This is a reflection of our commitment to using pure, natural ingredients without synthetic additives.
