At Divine Nature’s Organics, we are proud to be a small Canadian artisan company committed to crafting natural skincare and body products in small batches with care, integrity, and quality ingredients.

Because of the personal-use nature of our products and our dedication to small-batch production, all sales are final. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise, and we will always do our best to address genuine concerns fairly.


🔄 All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted, preservative-free nature of our products—and in alignment with Canadian hygiene regulations for personal-use goods—we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items.

This policy ensures the safety of our customers and helps maintain our commitment to quality and cleanliness.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at DivineNaturesOrganics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item(s)

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if there is evidence of misuse, excessive claims, or policy abuse.


⚠️ Skin Sensitivities or Reactions

Our products are made with natural, organic ingredients and are suitable for most skin types. However, because all skin is unique, we recommend a patch test before full use.

We do not offer refunds for skin sensitivities, reactions, or scent preferences. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the full ingredient list before purchasing, especially if you have allergies or medical conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases where:

  • Multiple claims are made by the same customer

  • Fraudulent behavior or chargeback abuse is suspected

  • Unsubstantiated or abusive communication is received

  • Reviews or public complaints are used as leverage for unwarranted refunds
